From here, you can run up the shovel and onto the picnic table. This will free the shovel, causing it to fall onto the bench seat. You need to destroy the rock using a Bratbomb. When you arrive, look for the cracked rock holding the shovel upright. First, head over to the Leaning Shovel landmark near the Picnic Table. Once you’re on the bench, you can access the upper tabletop by using the cooler. To get on the picnic table itself, you need to use the nearby shovel to reach the bench.
